Frequently asked questions
The Community subscription plan applies to every new account. It is forever free and intended to introduce you to the application. You can use it for your own personal needs (non-commercial use only). Please, do not create many free accounts to overcome the limitations. We will have to block them and blacklist your domains/IPs.
You can purchase Netlas subscription and datasets with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions starting from Business tier, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. You can also issue an invoice using the in-app checkout form. Of course you can contact sales to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal is available for self serve customers for both annual and monthly subscriptions. If it is available in your country, it will be listed as an option at checkout form.
Crypto payments are also accepted. You can pay with BTC, LTC and DOGE. Please, make sure that paying with cryptocurrency is legal in your country.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features.
