How can I use free Community account?
The Community subscription plan applies to every new account. It is forever free and intended to introduce you to the application. You can use it for your own personal needs (non-commercial use only).
Please, do not create many free accounts to overcome the limitations. We will have to block them and blacklist your domains/IPs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase Netlas subscription and datasets with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions starting from Business tier, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. You can also issue an invoice using the in-app checkout form. Of course you can contact sales to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal is available for self serve customers for both annual and monthly subscriptions. If it is available in your country, it will be listed as an option at checkout form.
Crypto payments are also accepted. You can pay with BTC, LTC and DOGE. Please, make sure that paying with cryptocurrency is legal in your country.
Will I be charged VAT/GST or other taxes?
The short answer is yes, if applicable in your country of residence.
We work with Paddle.com as a payment service provider. They handle payments and take on the associated liabilities, such as collecting sales tax, ensuring Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, and honoring refunds and chargebacks. Self serve customers are prompted to choose the country of residence in the checkout form. The tax is calculated and added to the price after that.
For annual subscriptions starting from Business tier, you have an option to request an invoice payable by bank transfer. VAT/GST and sales taxes are not charged if you pay directly to Netlas LLC from any country except Armenia.
